MARY HARVEY BROWN Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend, Mary Margaret Harvey Brown, 75, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born on August 3, 1936 in Monticello, Utah, a daughter of Julius Napoleon and Louise Elvira Johnson Harvey. Mary married her sweetheart, Wayne LaMar Brown on June 11, 1958 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served faithfully in many callings and touched many lives. She served in the California LDS Mission and she and her husband, Wayne served in the Salt Lake Family History Mission. Mary loved quilting, crocheting, cooking, reading and being with her family. Surviving are her husband, Wayne; ten children, Vaughn Brown, Ronnie (Dan Meserve) Smith, Kevin Brown, Kyle (Missy) Brown, Darrin (Karla) Brown, Rulon (Jolene) Brown, Jolene (Brian) Griffin, Birdee Davis, Ryan (Trudy) Brown; Kara (Josh) Collings; 27 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; nine brothers and sisters, Jay Harvey, Jacqueline Fuller, James Harvey, Bessie Howe, Verdell Call, Mel Harvey, Sharon Riley, Sandra Bacon, Lynne Robinson. Funeral services will held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Monticello LDS 2nd Ward Chapel, Monticello, UT. A viewing will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2012 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Gillies Funeral Chapel, 634 East 200 South, Brigham City, Utah. A viewing will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2012 from 10:00 to 10:40 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment was in the Mt. View Cemetery, Eastland, Utah.
