Well it is nine days until the big day and I am so proud of myself. Today I mailed the Christmas cards and have only one more quilt left to tie (it is on the frames) and one that needs to be edged. I didn't think I would get all eight done before Christmas. They will be mailed no later than Saturday (might not get there for Christmas Day, but they will be well loved no matter the day they arrive).
I just wanted my grandchildren to have something special from Grandma this year that they would always remember. It is also my way of letting them know how much I love them and they are always in my thoughts. Now they can wrap up in my love.
